BBAS14 Build Brief ARTSABERS

Purpose

ARTSABERS Cart page — Variant E “The Curated Cart”. Keeps the brand voice (workshop metaphor) that Variant A introduced but scopes it correctly: metaphor lives as brand CHARACTER on shipment blocks, not as page-wide language. Page-level headings + CTA stay universal so cognitive load stays low. All audit findings applied.

Question this variant asks: can we keep the workshop brand voice without breaking the metaphor discipline the audit flagged?

Direction

Kyber Hull — apply the direction from SAS1. Reuse the CSS gradient + panel-joint hairline background pattern from MAS51/MAS52. Fieldset border pattern from MAS52 for content-groups. Form primitives from MAS52. Real ARTSABERS product photography. Zero border-radius sitewide.

Metaphor discipline (LOCKED)

Sections (top to bottom)

1. Compact page header

2. Free gift — auto-applied as pinned line-item, no picker

The audit’s P1 fix taken further: no picker, no separate banner block. The free gift is applied automatically at threshold and appears as a small pinned line at the top of Workshop Bay 1, with a “Change gift →” link.

3. Main cart — two-column split

Left column: Workshop Bay groups (MAS52 fieldset pattern).

Workshop Bay 2:

4. Order summary — right column

Bordered content-group (MAS52 pattern). Sticky on desktop. Structure:

5. Cross-sell strip — “Complete your setup”

Same 4 accessories as Variant D. Compact tiles.

6. Post-cart reinforcement band

Same as MAS51.

7. Site footer

WC composite line-item shape

Same as Variant D: WooCommerce native composite pattern — parent row (full shape) + child row for blade component (image slot + name only, no qty/price/actions).
